On the corner of Bragaw and DeBarr Roads in Anchorage there is under construction a complete remodel of what once was a Phillips Restaurant, more recently known as the Birch Tree. Every time I see it, I see a sign that says "YES". I can't help but wonder if you folks are planning to grace our city? If so, sounds wonderful! Submitted By: Sheilah Blanco
